Monthly report: Solvent prices continue to rise, electrolyte likely to turn around（08.25-08.31）

ICC News: Electrolyte supply has been tight lately. Product prices are still stable. Right now, prevailing prices for electrolyte are 34,000-41,000 yuan/ton, high-end products are around 70,000 yuan/ton and low-end products 20,000-25,000 yuan/ton. The severe deficiency of solvent supply has left some plants empty-handed, which could be the spark that will ignite the solvent market. Solvent market is expected to see a wave of price raise in September. Shandong Shida Shenghua and Shandong Haike won't have products come out till around the middle of next month, estimates show. Right now, DMC is quoted 11,000-12,000 yuan/ton and DEC 13,000-14,000 yuan/ton. Prices of lithium hexafluorophosphate (LPF) maintain stable in low terriority, with prevailing quoting prices at 100,000-120,000 yuan/ton and some reaching up to 150,000 yuan/ton.
