IDC: China's tablet PC market shipments in 2023Q2 decreased by about 6.6% YoY

In the second quarter of 2023, the shipment volume of China's tablet PC market was about 6.77 million units, a YoY decrease of about 6.6%, with the consumer market decreasing by 7.2% YoY and the commercial market increasing by 0.6% YoY.

 

On August 15th, according to the latest report from IDC, the shipment volume of China's tablet PC market in the second quarter of 2023 was about 6.77 million units, a YoY decrease of about 6.6%, with the consumer market decreasing by 7.2% YoY and the commercial market increasing by 0.6% YoY.

 

IDC stated that productivity has become the main focus of China's tablet PC products in 2023 and will continue throughout the year. Manufacturers such as OPPO, Huawei, and Honor continue to promote the improvement of mobile office efficiency for large-screen tablet PCs. Diversified screen ratios and continuous improvement in screen quality have become highlights in the consumer market. At the same time, Lenovo and Vivo are actively expanding in the gaming field, and gaming tablets have shown significant growth during the 6.18 promotion period.
