Jiuwu Hi-Tech and Chenyu Mining signed agreement on the pilot production of Lithium Chloride

According to the above agreement, the company and Chenyu Mining will cooperate in the BOT mode to carry out the Jibu Chaka Salt Lake Pilot Production Line Project with an annual output of 2,000 tons of lithium chloride. The project operation period is 5 years (excluding the construction period). The company is responsible for the investment, construction and operation of the project. During the operation period, according to the income of the project, the company will charge Chenyu Mining for operating service fees. After the operation period expires, the company will transfer the assets corresponding to the initial investment to Chenyu Mining at a price of 1 yuan. The project is expected to have a total investment of 293 million yuan, including 193 million yuan for equipment and 100 million yuan for civil engineering and supporting projects.
