Yahua Group intends to subscribe for 9.5% stake in Australian EV company

     On the evening of December 14, Yahua Group issued an announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yahua International Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yahua International") intends to subscribe for Australia EV Resources Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " EV company") 80 million shares, accounting for 9.5% of the total share capital of EV company, totaling 3.6 million Australian dollars, and the method of capital contribution is cash contribution. On the same day, the two parties jointly signed the "Share Subscription Agreement."
    According to the announcement, EV Company is a listed resource company established in Australia and currently holds the Australian Xiaohe Lithium Tin Tantalum Project (80% equity), Serbia Clay Lithium Boron Project (22% equity), Austria Weinbeni Project and Lithium resource projects such as the Eastern Alps Lithium Mine Project (80% equity), as well as non-lithium resource projects such as the Khartoum Tin-Silver-Wu Project in Australia, the New Standard Copper Project in Arizona, the United States, and the Yanamina Gold Project in Peru .
   Yahua Group stated that EV company has abundant lithium mineral resources. The main purpose of the company's subscription of EV company equity is to cooperate with EV company to jointly develop its existing lithium mineral resources. This cooperation is in line with the company's lithium industry development strategy, and is conducive to strengthening the company's layout on the upstream resource end of the lithium industry and providing sufficient lithium resources for the company's future development of the lithium industry.
