Two exhibitions cover “China international semiconductor equipment and materials exhibition and conference (SEMICON China 2015)” and “China international flat panel display device, equipment materials and accessories exhibitionFPD China 2015”, including 942 exhibitors and more than 2600 booths, which are placed in five exhibition halls from W1 to W5 with the exhibition area of 60000 square meters.

During this exhibition, overseas carbon enterprises represented by Toyo Tanso also arranged exhibition to publicity. According to Iccsino, special graphite enterprise offers high qualified graphite products of various levels and sizes formed by static pressure, extrusion and mold pressingaccording to clients’ demand in electronic semiconductor application. Sigri special graphite at present covers bigger share in this area. Domestic carbon enterprise products have not entered this territory and late market prospect is optimistic.
