By the end of the month, the mainstream transaction prices for modified coal tar pitch stood at 3,550-3,650 yuan/ton, while medium-temperature pitch prices ranged from 3,600-4,150 yuan/ton. Overall, coal tar pitch supply remains ample. Despite fluctuations in raw material prices—initially declining and then rising—weak downstream demand has hindered price increases for coal tar pitch. The market is expected to remain stable in the near term.
