At the end of the month, the price of modified coal tar pitch ranged from 5,200 to 5,350 yuan per ton, and the price of medium-temperature coal tar pitch ranged from 5,200 to 5,300 yuan per ton. This month, the supply of coal tar pitch was tight, and coking enterprises continued to raise the prices of coal tar pitch, supporting the coal tar pitch deep processing enterprises to increase their prices. The main demand for coal tar pitch, which is from prebaked anode enterprises, replenished their stocks on demand. At the end of the month, deep processing enterprises still had a willingness to push up prices. It is expected that coal tar pitch prices may continue to rise in the short term.
