ICC News: Needle coke market went further dull this week, and prices at all enterprises maintained at low levels.

Specifically, on the coal-based needle coke side, production at Hongte Chemical is still on hold as they mainly sell stockpiles at the moment. Pingmei Anshan Research Institute of Thermo-Energy maintains routine operation and keeps output at 2,700 tons per month; and the products are provided for other plants for trial as well apart from the development use. Shanghai Baosteel Chemical's production was in suspension this week, and they have produced a total of 3,000t needle coke from Jan to present which is quoted at 5,000 yuan/mt.

On the petroleum needle coke side, Jinzhou Petrochemical maintains routine operation this week, and market price is 7,000 yuan/mt.
